Yield: Japanese Matcha Ice Tea
Ingredients:
100ml warm water
300ml cold water
3 tsp matcha powder
4 tsp honey
2 cups crushed ice
1 lime, thinly sliced
handful of mint leaves
Directions:
- Add warm water and matcha powder into a cocktail shaker. Shake well until the mixture is fully combined and there are no lumps.
- Add the cold water, honey, mint, and crushed ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake well for another 10 seconds.
- Divide the iced tea equally into two glasses and garnish with lime slices.
